High waisted shorts

This top is by Alice + Olivia, and I’m really into the baggy cropped look of it. tucked it in to show off these sick high-waisted shorts, but the top looks really good left out. Thinking about it now, the top would be super cute layered over a cotton dress or with a pair of wide leg jeans. It took a lot to not wear Steve Maddens, I literally want to pair with them with everything, but these Report 🙂
